Frequently asked questions

How frequently do I need to exercise?

We strongly recommend exercising 5 days per week, but you can focus only on the parts of your face you are concerned about. So for example, if you’re losing facial oval you might need to spend only 5 minutes per day. We know that in the busy daily schedule it is sometimes hard to find 5 minutes for yourself, that’s why we introduced a few exercises you can do even if you’re stuck in traffic.

When will I see the first results?

We can’t promise instant results, but within a few weeks you should start seeing changes to your face. We promote facial workouts alongside your daily beauty routine. Try to exercise when you apply your facial cream or remove your makeup. “The pianist fingers” are the perfect exercise for it. Treating your face holistically will allow you to combine the workout with your beauty regime and relaxation. Mindfulness combined with facial exercises will bring you not only good looks, but also peace of mind.

I’m bored with my exercises, what can I do?
